The following engravings on the first  three pages of this cate-gory were published over a seven year period between 1845 to 1852. (Sample to the left) Illustrated by Robert William Billings, an architect himself, "The Baronial and Ecclesiasti-cal Antiquities of Scotland" were engraved after Billing's drawings by some of the finest engravers of Victorian Britain. The prints were purchased with considerable foxing on several of the pieces; we elected to clean all . Both contrast and detail were restored to the artist's original intent.
